Chronic Lyme & Co-Infections
A more complete way to approach recovery
I came into this work in a very personal way… after navigating Lyme disease myself for years.
I went through many layers of treatment — antibiotic combinations, steroids, acupuncture, herbal protocols, strict diets, homeopathy — and saw numerous specialist along the way.
I understand how confusing, isolating, and drawn-out it can feel… doing what you’re “supposed” to do, and still feeling out of control of your own body.
This is something I now support patients with every day, because I get it.
If this feels familiar, you don’t have to keep piecing it together on your own. Reach out to see how we can make a clear plan.
When Symptoms Don’t Fully Resolve
You may have already been through antibiotic treatment, or tried herbal and natural approaches, and still feel like something isn’t quite right.
Often, I see people who are experiencing:
Persistent fatigue and brain fog
Waxing and waning pain that cannot be explained
Flairs in symptoms
Increased anxiety or irritation
Testing that feels inconclusive or doesn’t fully explain how they feel
This can be frustrating… especially when there aren’t clear answers.
In many cases, it’s not about whether Lyme was treated “correctly.”
It’s that the body is still working to recover and needs more support.
Our Approach
If addressing the bacteria was the only piece… antibiotics would work perfectly every time.
But we know that’s often not the case.
Recovery from Lyme usually involves supporting the entire system, including:
-
The microbiome
-
The immune system
-
Inflammation
-
Detoxification
-
The nervous system and stress response
-
Energy production (mitochondria, adrenals, thyroid)
In practice, this may include:
-
Herbal medicine
-
Low Dose Immunotherapy (LDI)
-
Targeted nutrition and supplementation
-
Lifestyle and dietary guidance
-
Nervous system support
- Homeopathy
When helpful, advanced testing (such as IGeneX) can be used to look deeper at lingering infections or co-infections.
Care is always individualized… based on your history, your symptoms, and your capacity.
Next Steps
If this feels familiar… you don’t have to keep piecing it together on your own.
Many of the people we work with have already tried a lot… and are still looking for clarity around what their body needs.
If you’re ready for a more complete, thoughtful approach, you’re welcome to take the next step.
